[CI] Add tuned timeout values for mCBM CI tests when coverage ON

Pierre-Alain Loizeau requested to merge p.-a.loizeau/cbmroot:mcbm_ci_cov_tuning into master

With these local runs succeed for both the Nigthly and Profile models on run4. May require later fine-tuning after the first few nights due to disk I/O uncertainties.
