GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. Please review your personal access tokens, project access tokens, and group access tokens to ensure you are aware of upcoming expirations. Administrators of GitLab can find more information on how to identify and mitigate interruption in our documentation.

Add more numerical stability to KF filtration routines.
minor changes

@s.zharko, @v.akishina, these are some of the changes we tried during our last meeting.

I added the 3-correlation test found by Valentina.
I added a small correction to the determinator as Sergey proposed.

For further tests of the fit one can uncomment lines 720+ in L1CATrackFinder.cxx

The performance has been changed (improved) a bit.
In the last commit I introduce a new histogram. Therefore the comparison with old versions via RunChecks.C will not work.
