Change setups for CI testing suite of mcbm simulation to current/future ones....

  • Update the parameter repository hash to get the missing mTOF parameter v21d file Done instead in !561 (merged)
  • Change setups for CI testing suite of mcbm simulation to current/future ones. Legacy ones kept in Nightly/weekly tests

⚠ this MR introduces on purpose failing weekly tests for the following mCBM 2022 setups:

  • mcbm_2022_02
  • mcbm_2022_03
  • mcbm_2022_04
  • mcbm_2022_05

These are due to missing parameter files and should be resolved step by step when these become available. The CI tests should all be working as usual.
