Trd Radiator Update

Adrian Meyer-Ahrens requested to merge a_meye37_AT_uni-muenster.de/cbmroot:radiatorupdate into master

I updated the default trd radiator type to the 30 cm PE-foam foil box described in the TRD-TDR and restructured some code on the way. I also enabled the use of a more accurate energy loss model in the TRD gas instead of the global one.
