Trd mcbm common reco redmine issue #1827

Within the commits the Trd reconstruction is added to the common mcbm reco macros. Some additional things outside of the macros had to be adjusted, e.g. the geo file used by default in the macros. @p.-a.loizeau could you please have a look. @a.toia Pierre told me that the sts also needs the file, can you have a look if everything works correct? To me it appeared so, i.e. Sts Digi are still found in the events and nothing crashes. @v.friese I discussed with @p.-a.loizeau that it might be good to create a mini DB for the geo files for mcbm and download them via cmake into the given folders in cbmroot during installation, instead of having them inside git what do you think?
