Remove check_media CI + input files as redundant w/ on-the-fly geo_check_mats

The legacy test was known to be redundant with the newly on-the-fly one geo_check_mats but kept for "safety" reason as long as not breaking anything. Know that we hit the first problem without any error detected by it and missed by the new test in a few months, we can remove it.

Includes hash update for Input repository removing all files used as input for the legacy test.

Needed as pre-requisite for latest version of !1139 (merged)****
