Added TRD2D support in cbm::algo::EventBuilder and dependent classes.

TRD2D is added to the list of possible detectors.

Issue: CbmModuleList complains about an illegal module ID for TRD2D. @p.-a.loizeau do you know something about this?

Also: The issue with time stamps described here !1177 (closed) also occurs.
