Draft: Add mTOF 2024 calib files runs 2984-3006 from Norbert, as of 22/09/2024

• Description by Norbert in Mattermost:

  1 is applied on unpacker level
    => Further info: only offsets to minimize base time difference and simplify clusterization and actual calibration
  2 contains walks and fine tuning
    => More corrections 
  => Both used in MQ online framework (Norbert fork)

Not sure whom should review this and try it with the master to find what need to be changed in the CI macros to use it
