Add mTOF 2024 calib files runs 2984-3006 from Norbert, as of 22/09/2024

    1 is applied on unpacker level
  => Further info: only offsets to minimize base time difference and simplify clusterization and actual calibration
2 contains walks and fine tuning
  => More corrections 
=> Both used in MQ online framework (Norbert fork)
  • Copied on 07/10/2024 from his Lustre folder, files timestamp 22/09/2024

Not sure whom should review this and try it with the master to find what need to be changed in the CI macros to use it
