Copy Setup

Eoin Clerkin requested to merge e.clerkin/cbmroot_geometry:cfv_setup into master

Introduce a new setup identical to the electron setup but under the CFV name.

This is to be used in the CI chain and to facilitate a gradual changing of the binary.
